Rent Gap Continues To Widen
  • While rents have jumped higher in the CBDs, rent growth is present in the inner ring of the suburbs surrounding transit-oriented, amenity-rich and/or walkable environments; however, rents continue to bounce up and down from bottom in the outer ring of the suburbs based on a glut of options and shrinking demand.
